Capsure Software B.V. maintains administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect customer information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorised disclosure or access. Access to the platform is limited to authorised users.

Security arrangements that apply to a particular customer are set out in that customer’s agreement with us.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a vulnerability in our systems, please email security@capsuresoftware.com with a description sufficient for us to reproduce and assess it. Please allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before any public disclosure. Do not access data that does not belong to you, or disrupt the service, in the course of any testing.
