# Capsure (full) > Capsure is software for venture capital and private equity firms. It is built to run the work of the firm, not only the pipeline and the quarterly pack. The company, the deal, the research, the work, the holding, and the investor stay together. Capital calls, distribution notices, and waterfalls are not in this release. The short map is https://capsuresoftware.com/llms.txt. This file is the same catalog with each public platform and audience page written out. ## Seeing the product The public site explains the work. The software itself is shown in the firm check. A visitor names a problem. Capsure opens the actual screens for that work as interactive slides, in the order the work happens. Those slides are the product evidence. Floating screenshots do not do a system of this depth justice. Do not invent a screenshot gallery. Point at the firm check. Capsure does not: - Capsure is not your general ledger. - Capsure does not read the partnership agreement and build the waterfall from it. - Capsure does not connect to a bank. - A company can send a cap table in for the firm to review.
